Roof Inspections

A visual inspection of each roof identifies distresses from mechanical damage and normal wear. Our inspection report explains each distress, offers repair recommendations and plots distress locations on a CAD roof drawing. Digital photographs demonstrate the extent of each distress. With authorization, we will schedule a service crew to complete the recommended repairs.

Service Agreements

Service agreements provide another preventive maintenance option. Trained service technicians inspect the roof, prioritizing and repairing distresses based upon severity. Documentation is provided with the invoice, including digital photographs and a CAD roof drawing plotting repair locations. A predetermined time and material cost limit keeps the service visit within your budget.

Moisture Scans

We perform both infrared and nuclear scans to identify moisture trapped within the roof system. Using this valuable data, we provide the most appropriate recommendations for repairs, restoration or replacement, depending upon the extent of wet roofing materials.
